In order to implement the overall requirements of the national "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Biological Economy", develop gene, stem cell, immune cell and other industries, fully support Tianjin to build a strategic scientific and technological force of biotechnology, and earnestly promote the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei characteristic "Cell Valley" experimental zone relying on the Haihe Laboratory of Cell Ecology. Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone will be built into a world-class and domestic leading source of basic research on cell and gene industries, a gathering place for scientific and technological innovation, a new plateau for achievement transformation and a new position for industrial ecology.
