The Exosome-Xenobiotic Conjugates (EXC) technology platform is the functional modification platform of Exosome Conjugates with BioBIND biochemical modification technology as the core. The EXC technology platform can achieve efficient, stable and controllable functional modification of exosomes at normal temperature, water phase and neutral pH. According to the practical application field, The EXC technology platform can be divided into three sub-platforms: Exosome-Drug Conjugates (EDC), Exosome-Visualization Conjugates (EVC) and Exosome-Targeting Conjugates (ETC). EDC platform is exosome coupled drug preparation and delivery platform, which is the core component of EXC technology platform. It is mainly used to improve the water solubility and bioavailability of drug molecules represented by complex and insoluble natural products. The EVC platform is the exosome visualization application platform, which is mainly used for the in vivo and in vitro tracer study of exosomes. ETC platform is exosome targeting platform, which mainly realizes targeted delivery of exosome drugs through targeted functionalization of exosomes. Each of the three technology sub-platforms has its own characteristics, and the two alternate to highlight the intersecting fields. The trinity constitutes the EXC technology platform.
